    Eliminating Our Budget Deficits

As we come to the end of our fiscal year, please prayerfully consider helping us eliminate the deficits in our General Fund and our Missions Fund.

Our General Fund deficit is over $60,000. This fund is used to support the local ministry of WEFC. It supports our ministry to children, teens, adults, community groups, crossing the bridge and so on. At our recent baptism service, we heard the stories that God is forming through this church family, and your financial gifts play an important part in what we do.

Our Missions Fund deficit is over $20,000. This fund is used to support missionaries and ministries all over the world. A good portion of our missionary family is made up of people who have left WEFC to go and serve God in other places.   They are an extension of WEFC and a vital part of our ministry.

If you want to give to the General Fund, simply mark your check, envelope or online giving for WEFC, and it will automatically be applied to the General Fund.

If you want to give to the Missions Fund, make your check out to WEFC, but mark it for “Missions” on the memo line of your check, on your church envelope, or via the online giving option on our website.

Over the next two months, we will keep you posted as to where we stand with these deficits.

It is our prayer that we end the fiscal year on a strong note.

Thank you for your faithful giving and for your prayerful consideration.
